I’ve had really good experiences at this facility. My primary care doctor - Dr. Lee is outstanding and takes his time at every appointment to address all of my concerns - and for a hypochondriac that can be a lot. The nurses have also been wonderful. If he leaves, I will leave with him. I recently had my gallbladder removed by Dr. Kuzyck and it went really well. He has a great bedside manner. His in office staff was great too. I hope I continue to have positive experiences with Aurora because they’ve made me feel at ease with my medical choices.

I went there about a month ago for severe chapped lips and Dr. Hicks saw me but today I saw Dr. Kumar and he was amazing. I wish he could be my primary doctor. He really was attentive and informative. I appreciated him very much. Wish we had more doctors like him.

My son was born here, my husband passed away here, and I’ve had many surgeries here in between. Staff is caring and professional for the most part- and bad ones don’t seem to stay while the good ones I see again and again. When my husband was dying, I spent 5 days and nights in the ICU. The care we received was top notch. They had an entire care team of experts, it felt like an episode of House. Doctors and specialists coordinating and sharing information to determine best outcome, one who would go over technical stuff with me and one (because my husband, unlike me preferred things to be stated more simply) would come and explain in lay person terms. When we accepted there was nothing that could be done for him, the compassion and knowledge they provided me helped make the worst a little better. I am so much more comfortable with this medical facility than any within 50 miles. Top notch equipment too and always very sterile. Lots of visible signs that they do a good job with continual education and a lot of extra support programs.

This is a busy place for a reason and it runs like a well-oiled finely tuned machine. I've been rehabbing injuries I sustained from a car accident here for over a month. In that time I haven't experienced a single weak link within the staff. Just a great place full of wonderful personalities and consummate professionals. For me, any service capable of rendering this high a level of peace of mind is priceless.

Every time we have had to be at this hospital it's been great! My parents have both had minor strokes and the staff taking care of them are just awesome and this time around calling to check up on a loved one is made so easy and friendly by the nurse station!!!! Love his nurse Angie and Martin.
