I called late on a Thursday evening around 7:00 pm we played phone tag for about 20mins but in the end I received and appointment and a provider. Something when wrong and information was misplaced. The person that made the difference was Jenn . She took responsible and never gave up discovered with little time the when were and what had happen. Contracted the concerned party. Did her job and develop trust in me . In very pleased .
